Mcdonald’s potatoes
I heard a “rumor” that McDonalds actually mixes thier potatoes withmilk (similar to making mashed potatoes) prior to forming them intofrench fries. Thus, they would not be gfcf. Has anyone else heard ofthis? Or has McDonald’s said that they are gfcf?

I heard the same thing years back. They soak the potatoes to keepthem moist on the inside when frying. You need to be careful thatyour McD’s also doesn’t fry the chicken nuggets or breaded chicken forsandwiches in the same oil as the fries.
