I know kids can eat turkey, chicken and hamburger. Can they eat lunchmeat? Does anyone know? What about mayonaise or best foods? What doyou feed you child if they want a sandwich?
Check the label very carefully on lunchmeats, as from what I understand many ofthem have casein and/or gluten fillers. Also, if I’m not mistaken, most alsohave nitrates/nitrites, which while GFCF aren’t necessarily good for our kids(or anyone else, for that matter).
If I am not mistaken, Best Foods/Hellmann’s mayo is GFCF.

I didn’t think soy was a high phenol. You should have seem me at the storetoday, trying to buy groceries. I’m exhausted just reading all the labels.I also got some gluten free products to try. Can’t hurt to maybe put alittle of both diets in there. I may have to go solely gluten free anyway.
