Unless the person has an allergy to oatmeal, I don’t think it would be aproblem. There is some debate about whether or not oats actually containgluten. We avoided oats for years but have been eating it for several monthswith no problem.

Tylenol lowers the body’s glutathione levels and most of our kids havedepleted glutathione as it is so I suggest you try Children’s Motrininstead (although it’s ibuprofen not paracetamol) to treat fever. It’s GFCF…

There are numerous excellent milk subs out there to try–nut, potato, rice, etc. And there are two Cheerios subs now out that you can try aswell–Ceros and PerkyO’s brands. Ceros come in regular, cinnamon, andraspberry, and they taste “fine” according to my kids (but they likethem better dry, as a snack). The PerkyO’s come in apple-cinnamon,frosted, and plain, and from what I hear, they taste a little bit morelike the “real thing” to some kids. I guess it’s a matter of taste. Ijust ordered some from Miss Roben’s (www.allergygrocer .com) to try.Just some ideas.
