Sorghum

What does sorghum come from? Is it a root vegetable or bean flour? I haven’tfound it in my HFS yet.Where do quinoa and jowar flours come from?I love some of these names, sound very exotic.

His reaction was that he woke up at 2 am and was hyper as can be! He neverwent back to sleep either. He had diarrhea for two days. He was hyper fortwo days, and then had bad tantrums in between, and could not focus at all. Finally he was getting bad headaches, which also caused him to cry forhours! We will not be giving him this cereal again!

I have a son with celiac disease that went through a phase ofvomiting off and on for months. He was already underweight but thismade him lose even more. His doctor did a blood test and determinedhe had an allergy but couldn’t tell me what for. Through trial anderror, I narrowed it down to two items but I don’t know for certainwhich one - sorghum flour or canola oil. I am leaning toward thesorghum but afraid to try either one to find out.
