What vitamins are needed basically?

When you go on the GFCF diet, other than calcium, what vitamins arenow needed to supplement? What excactly does my child lose by cuttingout the gluten and casien? I mean taking pills is out of the questionso if his diet is basically the same as before other than thereplacing breads and milk, what is he needing? Will it be a lot?

    With calcium, most people say to also take magnesium. (Usually it’s a 2:1ratio, such as 1000 mg calcium to 500 mg magnesium. That’s how much I take. Not everybody needs to take that much.) Vitamin D (which is usually added tomilk) is also important for calcium absorbtion. It’s especially important inthe winter time (when there is less sun light).
