Gse dosage
My son is 3 year-old and 32 LB. Since his constipation is under control, Ilike to start yeast control using GSE liquid. I bought a NutriBiotic GSE liquid(2 FL.OZ) from WholeFood.
In the GSE bottle’s label, it says that mix 1-3 drops in a glass of water orjuice. My son doesn’t drink a lot juice. If I put GSE in juice, it is difficultfor me to make him to drink all the juice.
Please recommend dosage and how to feed GSE. It will be highly appreciated ifyou could share your experience.

I always put my son’s GSE (2 drops) in applesauce. I mix it upreally well and he is OK with it. Thing is, I have to make sure heeats it all because the GSE is all mixed in.

Hi, We just started GSE recently and I asked if a seringe full of juice would beenough to hide the first doses of just one drop. Dana though it would probablybe enough, said to try it anyway. (I was worried about the same thing as you). As per usual I forgot to pick up a med. seringe at the pharmacy so I triedmixing it with just a very small amount of juice and let him watch me put thedrop in, made a really big deal about it being medicine and drink it all. HEDID IT!!! So that is what I do, we’re up to 3 drops 2X/day and he still takesit in about 1/4 cup of juice and we incourage by saying “Chug, Chug, Chug” itskind of like a game

did you notice any reactions on your son, once your started the GSE.and how long did you wait to increase the dosage?

Other than sleeping all night (Thank the Lord!) the only thing that wenoticed is that he was thirsty alot. I e-mailed Dana and she told me that beinghungry is a natural reaction because their bodies are trying to feed the yeast.

this is what I do. I put one teaspoon of applesauce in a container (thesingle serving container that the applesauce comes in) then I add thesupplements, then I add one more teaspoon of applesauce and mix it in reallygood. That way I am only dealing with a small amount of applesauce. Afterhe was finished with the single serving of applesauce, I washed thecontainer out and I put it away just for this purpose for everyday use.

control, I like to start yeast control using GSE liquid.
I would not use GSE for yeast “control”. It is more for eliminatingactive yeast issues.
Use something else, like diet, probiotics or Candex/Candidase or othersimilar, for “control”.
This works GREAT for my family for yeast elimination. It can causebad bacteria overgrowth if given after the yeast is gone tho.
