Soap
I need some suggestions for handsoap, laundry soap and dish soap.We are supposed to be organic free of dyes and artificals, butsome of the environmentally friendly things I have tried in thepast just didn’t make things clean. I am hoping the trader joe’slaundry soap will work, but if it is like most of their productsit either has gluten or casien or is manufactured on the sameeqipment with milk and wheat.

It might help if you said what did NOT work for you.
We have used the Seventh Generation Free and Clear laundrydetergent, and their chlorine free bleach as well. I have also usedthe Ecos brands, but although they cleaned fine, the clothes felt alittle scratchy to me (DH and I both work in a hospital setting -scrubs not known for being soft and cozy, lol).
I do have the ECOS version of a “stain stick” (looks like abottle of liquid deoderant w/ a ’sea anemone’ scrubby stuck on top),and find that using that on things like underarms of DH’s T-shirtsand knees of my son’s pants b/f the wash cycle helps to get thingsclean and fresh as well.
You may want to call TJ’s before trialing their stuff if you’reworried about intolerances…little point in finding a great cleanerif it turns out you can’t use it.
