Pregnant with twins
My 2 year old daughter has Autism. We do not know what caused theAutism but she does seem to have many food allergies and reacts togluten.I am pregnant with twins and due in May. My question is what can weTRY to do, if anything, to keep from Autism happening again to ourfamily. Should I not be eating gluten/casein now? Should I avoid itwhile breastfeeding? What about products, vaccines, medications?Anyone have any help? Noone wants to feel like they CAUSED theirchild’s Autism and I just want to make sure I am doing everything Ican to protect my family. Thanks for any information you might have.

The Autism Research Institute and DAN! has some guidelines for expectingmothers. Obviously, no vaccines for you or the baby. Be sure yousupplement with EFA’s also.
