Which probiotic to start with?

i want to start my 6 year old son on a Probiotic,i am not sure which one toget,are some better than other for kids?Also are they all GF/CF?.I usually buyfrom Kirkmans.

    My DAN! Dr. told me to get Pro-Bio Gold from Kirkman for my 5yearold. I put sprinkle one in apple sauce daily for him.
