Baking sweet potatoes or other veggies into yummy chips, etc. any ideas???
I thought there was a recipe for making sweet potato french fries orchips, but I can’t find it anymore. If anyone has a recipe that wouldmake any fruits or vegetables into anything that I couldcall “cookies” it would be much appreciated for my son who will noteat a fruit or veggie except for vegetable juice that he callshis “vegetables”.

For a fast sweet snack I use a french fry cutter to cut up a sweetpotato or yam and fry it in the deep fryer. We use maple syrup to dipthe fried sweet potatoes in. Not a cookie, but definately sweet.
