Flour mixtures
We’re just beginning to implement the gfcf diet with my 2&1/2 yo ds(asd). The recipes for flour mixtures that I’ve seen online are sovaried that I’m wondering if anyone out there has a “tried and true”recommendation for me. Are there mixtures better for pastries versesbreads?

The Betty Hageman brand is the best for an “all-purpose” flourreplacement. Lisa Lewis recommends it in her cookbook. You can buy itor make your own.
It’s a ratio of rice four/potato flour/tapioca starch.
I can go look up the ratios if you are interested. I bought all myflours at the health food store–and many grocers carry it as well.
