Almond yogurt
In trying to wean my boys off of soy, I bought a yogurt maker and someProGurt and had every intention of making my own yogurt for them withalmond milk.
Here’s what I did:1 qt. vanilla almond milk (room temp.) + 1/8 tsp ProGurt -Mix and put in yogurt maker for 14 hours.
I just checked it, and stirred it - it isn’t even much thicker thanthe plain almond milk. What have I done wrong? should I have boiledit? Should I keep it in for longer?

http://www.pecanbread.com and http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info has severalalmond yogurt recipes. Maybe it can tell you what form of cookingthey do such as boiling…. Good Luck!
