Diet advice rqstd
I’m considering putting my daughter on a diet of chicken and rice andvitamin supplements for 2 weeks and then introducing foods one at atime back to her diet to watch for allergic reactions. we’ve been gfcffor about 2 yrs and she has improved. I want to find out if there areother allergies causing problems. Does this sound like a reasonableway to do it?

This could cause food allergies to chicken and rice if her gut is nothealed. Research doing a rotation diet for every 4 days. You couldtry foods she dosn’t normally eat, such as lamb, quail, ets…don’tforget grains such as quinoa, millet, buckwheat to alternate also. Mary

I did this, only for one week tho. After that you want to startrotating foods.
My son did not tolerate rice or multivitamins tho, and that makes ithard to notice any intolerances until you start rotating foods.
