If I am not mistaken, only some of the Envirokidz bars are gfcf.

They are, on paper… We’ve had many cross-contamination issues with them.

They also may contain traces of soy and peanuts.

My kids really like the Envirokidz bars. I am fairly certain the Berry andPeanut Butter ones (which are the two we buy) are GFCF. But there are TONS ofother bars out there–Lara Bars, Aunt Candice, Enjoylife, and several otherbrands.

This isn’t exactly Rice Krispie treats, but it is a chewy treat thatmy kids love…Combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1/2 cup corn syrup in a saucepan and cookit until it boils. Remove from heat and mix in 1/2 cup peanutbutter. Stir in 3 cups of puffed rice cereal. (The one in the cerealaisle at Safeway contains traces of wheat, but there is one that isgfcf in the health food aisle) spread the mixture in a greased 8×8 panand let it cool.

My kids would have more problems with the corn syrup than anything else. itis a ‘dirty’ syrup, sue to processing- and shuts down your metabolism aswell.
