Try buying the book Food Survival Guide. My son is allergic to all andmore than what you posted. I make stuff from a bean flour blend. Whichis quinoa flour, millet flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot starch, andgarbanzo bean flour. It works out great. I have recipes if you’d like.Email me if you want them.

I would sure like them also, if you don’t mind. My son is also allergicto a lot of food. It is getting easier, though I sure spend a lot moretime baking. He is also on a rotation diet and has to have the floursdivided between the 4 days.

My son seemed to be allergic to all those foods, but in furtherchecking was not. It was the yeast reacting to the foods. Hisnutritionist recommended that we add extra Bromelain to his enzymesto reduce the swelling of the body produced by the yeast and thierrelease of toxic gas. It has worked. She also suggested increasinghis enzymes which we will be doing quite soon.
Have you seen a Dr. about yeast? You might find it helpful.
