Enzymes for beginners
We’ve just recently received a diagnosis of autism for my 2&1/2 yoson. We’re casein free (13 days now) and working toward being glutenfree. I’m reading a lot in these messages about using enzymes but Ihaven’t found any information suitable for a beginner. What are theseenzymes, where do I find them, how do I know which ones to use? etcWhat books do you recommend or websites? I need to educated myself inorder to be more effective for my son and I appreciate all your help.
