Wheat enzymes
What are the enzymes that help break down wheat and/or gluten ingeneral? How about casein?
I’m totally at a loss as to how to do the enzyme bit.

If you want an enzyme that helps break down gluten and casein just incase there is the possiblity of contamination or if your sonaccidentally injested G or C, you can use Kirkman’s EnZym Complete DPP-IV (www.kirkmanlabs.com). If you want something stronger that cancover infractions or actually allow your child to possibly eat glutenand/or casein, you should give Houston’s Peptizyde(www.houstonni.com). The Houston enzymes come in a chewable now whichmakes it soooo easy to give. To learn more about the hows and whys ofenzymes, go to http://www.enzymestuff.com

We had a nutritionist come to our house who has been to Dan!conference and received training from them. She recommended Kirkman’sEnZym-Complete/DPP-IV II.
