Ot crown for teeth

Having serious dental troubles for myself. I also am a serious grinder. Havebeen to a few dentists and NO one will give me a porcelain crown , because Iguess I am a serious grinder and have already fractured a bunch of teeth. Quickquestion, I know all metals are bad for you but does gold contain the samerisks as the amalgam.

I don’t know if this is true but I have been reading that if you haveamalgams in your mouth already it is best not to get gold crown. Ihave gold and amalgam in my mouth but hope to get rid of the rest ofthe amalgam before too long. It’s not making me sick but I’m sure Icould feel better!

Sounds like you need a night guard if you grind that much.

In my family, grinding is associated with improper zinc/copper ratio. Three of my kids needed added zinc, one needed added copper. Mostpeople need zinc, so you can take some zinc and see if that helps.

Grinding can also be associated with deficiency of cal/mag, or yeastin the sinuses.

    risks as the amalgam.

Gold is not as bad as amalgam.
