Yeast and milk
I read to cut out cow’s milk to treat yeast. Would this advice apply forrice and/or almond milk?
We are doing gf/cf. Now, we’re trying to attack yeast. . . so no sugars, white carbs, corn, etc. What does a child eat? Just meat and vegies?

Rice also feeds yeast.
If the almond milk does not contain added sugar, it would not feedyeast, altho almonds are high phenol, so watch for intolerance to that
