3rd day on diet - son very quiet
hey, I just got my son (back) on the GFCF diet, after doing it half-way for 2 years - I know, it doesn’t work that way! anyway, even thefirst day was amazing! His agression was less than 1/2 of what it wasand the second day he wasn’t agressive at all, very happy and smiling,talking more, all that. However, he has been very hyper, running allaround the house.
well, today (the 3rd day) he is just sitting around, and he had a hugetantrum this morning, pinching and biting - even before he ateanything.
why is this? what happened? any thoughts?

Sounds like he is a responder, don’t stop this diet the aggressivebehavior is normal.

My guess is the same: your son is responding and he’s already hittingwithdrawal, where he’s missing his “drugs” that he was getting from caseinand/or gluten. Probably casein, as it tends to clear faster than gluten. Keepgoing.
