I notice you mentioned an apple allergy. My allergist says that meanspears are out, too.
We’re on a rotation diet now to prevent new allergies and help identifyremaining sensitivities. This rotation diet, while a pain in the b—,has also been great for identifying new foods that my dd and dh willeat. Today she ate 3/4 of a jicama bulb. Yesterday it was half a headof broccoli. She’d never have done that when she had bread or potatoesin front of her, too. Although my particular rotation diet might notsuit you, I’d suggest looking up rotation diets in general as a way ofreminding yourself of which foods are related (and therefore to beavoided) and which foods you just might not have considered for awhile.
