Soy milk and estrogen
I am reading your posts and saw where there was an issue with soy milkand estrogen? What is that about? I am slowly trying to get my son offmilk and onto soy milk for this diet but didn’t know about this. Whatis the problem? I wanted the soy milk for the vitamin d and calciumsince supplements are a no go with him and he loves milk. Should I notdo it?

AS with anything use in moderation…. and not for extended periods, esp whenour little ones are having gut troubles and developmental troubles to beginwith in most cases here.
There are hundreds of articles and the vast majority are all good. We just decided not to risk it therefore went back to casein after about 8months and he has been fine just NO GLUTEN! Some kids dont thrive on milk likeours did. He doesnt drink much milk (whole and usually organic) anymore.

Soy is also not recommended for people with thyroid issues. That’s whywe avoid it here, other issues aside.
