There is a recipe for GF flour tortillas in the special diets for Special KidsBook by Lisa Lewis. If you dont have that book, please email me directly and Iwill send you the recipe as soon as I get a chance. I have never made them butit looks simple enough.

Has anyone found a gfcf barbecue sauce??? My son absolutely lovesribs and the sauce we use isn’t gfcf, so we have to find analternative.

My local stores do not carry rice milk except rice dream. Where do Ibuy it online? I tried a couple of places and can’t find it.

Hello, everyone! We are setting up our in home ABA program and I amstruggling with finding food ABA reinforcers that are GFCF. He alsohas BIG problems with yeast, so can’t have too much potato or sugar.Any ideas? Thanks!

As per Dr. Neubrander’s protocol for acute illness, he has instructed us to giveEvan his MB12 intramuscularly for 2-3 days in a row, instead of the normalprotocol of giving the shot subcutaneously every 3 nights. Evan developed afever today, so I am quite certain that I’m supposed to give the shotintramuscularly tonight (Dr. N’s Physician Assistant whom we see told me to giveit that way in the event of a fever). Has anyone ever given an MB12 shot thisway? Is there any particular technique that I need to use (eg: which part ofthe buttock? should the shot go in a a 90 degree angle or something less thanthat?). Since I had never given a shot to my son prior to starting MB12 withEvan, I’m just not sure. When Evan was an infant, I did have to give myselfsubcutaneous blood thinner shots in my belly…but, of course, that was adifferent situation.

The best cheese I have been able to find are tofutti Cheese slices. Itried Vegan brand cheese but it was terrible. It would be nice if itwas something I could find at most any health food store.
