Any recommendations with pepperoni?

my son loves sausage and pepperoni and has been doing great with eating ispizza with pepperoni (applegate farms) until recently when someone mentionedthe factory is now using lactic acid. I have looked in our local health foodstore but with no success for a GFCF sausage or pepperoni, any suggestions?
