Great pizza

Thought I would pass this along since it took me several trips to thestore and many failed attempts until I came up with this pizza recipe:

Crust: I used the ‘Cause You’re Special mix. It turns out nice andchewy. I found it at a local health food store, but it is availableon line.

Sauce: Muir Glen Pizza Sauce found at whole foods

Cheese: FOLLOW YOUR HEART Mozzarella. The package doesn’t say GlutenFree, but the website says that it is. It melts really nice, but youhave to put it on the pizza crust while the crust is hot AND you haveto loosly cover the pizza with foil in a 500 degree oven to get it tomelt (The moisture from the covering helps it melt, according to thewebsite)

It made THE BEST gfcf pizza I have ever tried. I even loved it!

Where do you get this cheese, follow your heart? Also, Is there anythingelse you can cover the pizza up with instead of aluminum foil. I stay awayfrom anything that has aluminum in it.

does the cf/gf diet also mean that you have to eliminate soy products?

Not necessarily, but lots of people are allergic to soy–particularly if theyeat it a lot as a replacement for dairy.

Follow Your Heart Cheese was at Whole Foods, they also have awebsite. You could probably cover the pizza with a loose pan lid ofsorts, just to keep the moisture in.
