Does anyone know if raisins are o.k. while on this diet? My nephew loves themand my sister is noticing less eye contact when he eats them(reaction?) I amone of the fortunate ones that has three healthy children (one-ADD-managable) and am in this group to try to help her and Danny. Anybrand of raisins better than another she said there is nothing on the box.Thanks-you don’t know how much help this group has been to us.

I’ve read that raisins can have traces of gluten because wheat flour may be usedto prevent sticking. Has anyone checked various manufactures and found a brandof raisins that are okay?
