Yeastless bread
Is there a bread I can give my son if he is sensitive to yeast? Doesanyone know a brand or have a recipe? He is also sensitive to eggs.I can’t figure out where in the grocery store to find the eggreplacements.

We deal with multiple food allergis (egg, soy, gluten, casien, peanuts) and we buy Enjoy Life! products. They makes breads, cookiesand even chocolate chips. Food for Life makes yeast free GFCFSFbreads. There is rice bread, millet bread and rice tortillas. Thenthere is Namaste, a company tha makes cake, muffin, pancake and cookiemixes that are free of everything. They are rice based. I find them atWhole foods and ontehr health food stores.
I aim to be as organic as possible and I use fruit as an egg replacer(it’s cheaper for one). If you are baking cakes, panckaes, muffins orcookies, applesauce and bananas are excellent replacements as long asyour child has no issues with either of those foods. I use bananas incakes with great results. If you ever noticed banana bread recipesdon’t call for eggs. So imagine that kind of doughy dense cake result.
