Rash and craziness
My daughter has been onthe diet for 2 wks today. She is acting verystrange. Eye contact has been worse than ever and she is actinggiddy. She was staring at her hands and feet giggling tonight. Ihaven’t given her anything different. She also has a horrific diaperrash. Anyone else have this happen? We saw immediate improvement andnow regression.Thanks for your postings- They are keeping me going on this diet!

It was about 2 weeks into the diet that we began seeing the effectsof high phenol foods. Are you giving her a lot of fruit, peanut butter, foodcoloring stuff? These are all very high phenol. They make my son like on agiddy drunk sometimes aggressive, especially with coloring. Hope this helpssome. Natalie

These can be symptoms of phenol intolerance and/or yeast overgrowth
