How long till infraction shows?
My son has been GFCF for 3 months. I just found out that on wed at school hehad a doughnut. I have not noticed any differences in his behavior, stomacheissues or looks (none of the infamous purple circles he used to have beforeGFCF). How long does it usually take to see results of infractions? He didhave his enzymes a few hours prior to the doughnut.

The only time my son had a gluten infraction that I know about, he was back tobeing very quiet, sitting infront of the tv for hrs for 2 days, followed by 2more days of ‘EXTREMELY CRANKY KID’. It is possible that the enzymescounteracted it though, not sure about that.

My son ate goldfish at church. I gave him enzymes for the rest ofthe day and all we saw was diahrrea (sp?) and then nothing.
Maybe the enzymes countered it for your son.
