Wanted to thank everyone for the thanksgiving recipes
I wanted to say thank you to everyone who posted Thanksgiving recipes! I madea few, and they were (in general) huge hits! My only “failure” (and it was MYfailure) was the stuffing. I underestimated how much broth I would need touse, and how long it would need to cook, so it came out too dry.
However, wehad it the next day with dinner, and it was wonderful! Guess it needed timefor the flavors to blend, the liquid to soak in, and the bread cubes to soften.So here’s a word of caution to anyone trying to make GF stuffing–use TONS ofbroth, and allow time to soften adequately!
