Salt

I think the problem with salt is that there may be gluten in theanti-caking ingredients used in the salt. I e-mailed Morton salt acouple of months ago, and they said their plain, uniodized salt was gfcfincluding the anti-caking stuff used in it.

Believe it or not, many salts contain sugar! We stick to sea salt here, orKosher salt. Safer, and tastier, too!
