Help with enzymes
After more infractions this last week at Grandma’s house than in awhole 2+ years GFCF, we are going to have to consider enzymes –atleast when we travel. Can anyone point me to some good resources toread up on the different types and how they work?

For the only information that’s worth it, read Karen DeFelice’s book. Hersite is full of information. http://www.enzymestuff.com

Do a google search for Dr. Devin Houston, or Houston Enzymes. Kirkman Labsalso is good.If your child is celiac, however, strict avoidance at all costs is best, and theenzymes do notwork for everyone. have you purchased the book on enzymes and autism?”ENZYMES FOR AUTISM AND OTHER NEUROLOFIACAL CONDITIONS”, By Karen Felice.
