Suggestions for a good gf/cf cheese.
The best cheese I have been able to find are tofutti Cheese slices. Itried Vegan brand cheese but it was terrible. It would be nice if itwas something I could find at most any health food store.

I have found Tofutti cheese slices at every health food store I havebeen to like Wild Oats and Good Earth. But it is the only GF/CFcheese I can find that is any good. I was hoping to find somethingthat could be shredded to put on pizza and other dishes.
