Flour tortilla alternative
There is a recipe for GF flour tortillas in the special diets for Special KidsBook by Lisa Lewis. If you dont have that book, please email me directly and Iwill send you the recipe as soon as I get a chance. I have never made them butit looks simple enough.

My son loves bean burritos with flour tortillas. does anyone have agood alternative to the flour tortilla? Corn tortillas always tearand fall apart.
