Has anyone found a gfcf barbecue sauce??? My son absolutely lovesribs and the sauce we use isn’t gfcf, so we have to find analternative.

We love Daddy Sam’s All Natural Bar-B-Que Sawce. We find it at our localgrocer, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and the Health Food store. It’s anoriginal West Texas recipe.
Ingredients:
Ketchup (Tomato Paste, Water, Sugar, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Onion Powder),Molasses, Sugar, Mustard (Distilled Vinegar, Water, Mustard Seed, Salt,Turmeric, Paprika, Spice, Garlic Powder), Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Peppers,Onion Powder, Dehydrated Garlic, Jalapeno Pepper Powder, Sprices NaturalSmoke Flavor.
The label also states, Nothing Artificial, No Starch, No Thickeners, No HighFructose Corn Syrup, No Gluten, No MSG

Its really spicy so you might want to cut back on thepepper.
1 lg can crushed tomatoes 1 c sugar 1 c water 1 med. onion chopped 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp black ground pepper 2 tsp chili powder 2 tsp salt
combine all. Simmer on Med heat (stirring occassionally) until it has reducedand takes on a shiny appearance. Its really great sauce.

Ooops!! Forgot something! 3 Tbs gf/cf worcestershire sauce.

Have you tried Bone Suckin’ Sauce? It comes regular and spicy and we findit at Whole Foods.
