Bean flour blend

My own bean flour blend…

2 cups tapioca starch/flour3 cups chickpea/garbanzo bean flour1 cup millet flour1 cup quinoa flour1 cup arrowroot flour

Mix all these together in a huge bowl and store it in your fridge. Iexperimented with the blend. I always left the starches alone. Inever changed the starches. And I always kept the garbanzo flour thesame. There is a garbanzo/fava bean flour out there. It is moreexpensive than just the garbanzo flour but it tastes alright!. Ihave used sorghum flour in place of say the millet flour or thequinoa flour. I decided to add the quinoa because it is so good forya.

1/2 cup arrowroot or tapioca starch1/3 cup cream of tartar2 1/2 tablespoons baking soda

yields 2 cups

Thank you for your timely post. I was JUST posting on the GF veganboard this morning for a flour blend that had no soy, potato, corn orsorghum in it!!! YEAH!
