First really postive change i have seen since starting the diet!
OK, I had to share this! The only change we have made is the diet (11/2 weeks) so far. Tonight when I put the kids to bed (Molly is atriplet) she sat in my lap for at least 30 minutes while I read booksover and over. One of my legs actually fell asleep. She has NEVERdone this before. She will normally only sit for a minute of 2(especially if the other 2 are there) and just wander off while weread. Not tonight! I cannot tell you the shock I am feeling!

Oh that is so wonderful! Triplets oh my woman , blessings to you!
I know how that can feel.
the first morning after Gluten/Casein removal, my son looked me in the eyes(total eye contact) with those almond shaped brown eyes with long lashesand he said “Mama?”, like he was wondering where I had been and recognized mefor the first time in forever. He said it like a question and smiled at me,Melted my heart. I cried. he still hasnt said “I loveyou” but we will get theresomeday. I know he does.
No matter what setbacks happen just continue, there will be a withdrawalstage soon and you will think it isnt working but it does so keep with it.
