Wheat grass or barley grass

Well, my son drank juice two days ago with wheat grass and barley grassand wheat sprouts in it. Is the gluten only in the grains, or did a badthing just happen? We won’t know until after three days, because it takes that long to seerection with gluten. If someone could shed some light, I wouldappreciate it.

    No… you can’t have either.

Although it sounds scary to eat wheat grass if you are gluten intolerant, wheat grass is actually a green vegetable and does not contain gluten. Sprouted wheat (or other sprouted gluten-containing grains) does contain gluten as you are still consuming the wheat berry.
