e’re also going to Disneyworld next week. I called and left a message for theexecutive chef of the Magic Kingdom. An assistant chef called me right back(about an hour after I left the message), and said that all the sit-downrestaurants can accomodate GFCF meals with no problems. She did say that it wasbest to make a reservation, and when you make it explain what your dietaryrestrictions are and they will discuss the options with you. She also emailed me”fact sheets” on all the parks; what foods are where, ingredients,cross-contamination risks, etc.

Here is what you do for Disney World, call 407-wdw-dine. Make a reservation up to six months in advance. Explain that you have an allergy and need the direct phone number for the restaurant in question.

Some chefs take a few days to call you back during the busy season. Then a week before you go call back the direct number and let them know you’re coming. Often upon advanced notice they can accommodate special requests.

I have eaten at many WDW restaurants and have reviews at http://www.glutenenvy.com.
