I bought some nice stainless steel cookware at Kohls. They also haveit at Linens n Things. It is cheaper at Kohls, although it is stillpricy. The brand is Calphalon. Be careful when buying it b/c theyalso have some that are nonstick and have Teflon. The stainless steelthat I bought is great. I also bought a stainless steel frying pan attarget. They may have other pans there too but I already had some soI didn’t look. I do not like the pan from Target very much b/ceverything sticks to it, even if I use the butter substitute. It isstill nicer knowing that I’m not using Tefoln for my kids.

I’m not positive, but I believe the only important part is the cookingsurface: where the food sits. If the side that touches the burner is somethingelse, I’m pretty sure that’s ok. Maybe someone else can correct me if I’mmistaken.
