Avoiding autism triggers for the next children…

I was hoping to get some advice regarding things I can do to try yoprevent happening again to our family. My daughter is 2 1/2 anddiagnosed with Autism. I am pregnant with twins due in May. What aresome steps I can take to try to limit the chances of this happeningagain? I know it’s not my fault my daughter has Autism but if thereare any types of things I can avoid doing or do I will do them just sothat if it does happen I can say I did everything in my power toprevent it.Any advice on diet, vaccinations, ANYTHING would be greatlyappreciated. I will be breastfeeding also so any hints there would behelpful as well.

During your pregnancy, avoid any more exposure to metals that can bepasssed on to your little ones. This means no fish, no vaccines andbye-bye anti-perspirant (aluminum). As you get closer to the time, make sure everyone knows you do not want your child vaccinated in thehospital. I had a baby a year ago and had a hard time figuring outwho to tell so I simply told every nurse, doctor or administrator Igot in contact with. Shortly after giving birth, they had me sign aform NOT to vaccinate (in other words, it is standard they do itwithout your approval). Shortly after my son was born, someone cameinto the room and without saying anything started preparing me for ashot. I asked him what he is doing and he said it was a vaccine(can’t remember which one). He said they always give it “just incase”. I told him no vaccines and he walked away surprised.

Also make sure you have their beds covered so they are protected fromantimony and arsenic from day 1. I believe the BabySafe covers comein both crib and playpen sizes but also some bassinet sizes too.

I am still nursing my 1 year old and intend to do so for a while. This is the best way to control his diet. If you don’t nurse and findthey are dairy intolerant the only choices are soy (with the highaluminum) or a corn-based formula that is expensive and requires aprescription. It is so much easier to just adjust your own dietaccording to their needs.

I have chosen to not vaccinate my baby at all. I used to think it wasOK to vaccinate on a slow schedule with non-thimerisol vaccines butthat isn’t enough. These vaccines still have aluminum, formaldehyde, aborted fetal tissue and the list goes on. Not only that, theireffectiveness is in question. For example, all cases of polio in thiscountry in the last 10 years came from vaccines so a child acually hasa greater chance of getting polio if vaccinated!

If you are given an Rx for pre-natal vitamins, make sure to check thelabels. I have found many of them have copper. Also, my doctor toldme to take iron tablets but I have read high iron to be linked to therisks of autism. This is not something I know alot about butsomething to check into before blindly doing what the doctor says.

Each person will have to decide for him/herself whether or not to have theirchild(ren) vaccinated and if so on what schedule. I just wanted to let peopleknow that, at least as I understand it, the US has gone back to the injectedpolio vaccine instead of the live oral vaccine, for just the reason you mention:polio in the US was only occurring in those who were themselves unvaccinated butwho were exposed to a child who had just received the oral polio vaccine (comesout through the stool so caretakers/parents were getting it). I don’t know ifany of the children who got the oral vaccine also got polio, but with the IPV(injected polio vaccine) instead of the OPV (oral polio vaccine) this shouldn’tbe an issue. I don’t know what “inactive” ingredients are in either form. Othercountries may still be using the OPV, so check with your doctor which they’reusing if you decide to have your child vaccinated against this illness.

I would have to recommend that YOU get your body healthy more thananything. It’s not commonly broadcast, but I predict there will be alot more research out there that will target teh immune healht ofthe mother as being a contifbuting factor. If you are not properlyabsorbing nutrients, your fetus is not. i certainly am a primeexample of a woman who ate very healfully during her pregnancy butcompletely ignored the fact that I had high candida and acompromised immune system. I never thought any thign of it. Lateron, like RECENTLY I started receiving treatments very similar tothat of my son, including being oranic, GFCFSF and free of myallergy triggers, did I realize how poor my healht was back then. Myliver, spleen, thyroid and endocrine system are entirely in repairmode right now, but back tehn, I was feeding good food to a bodythat was incapable of digesting and assimilating it.

Make sure your immune and detox system is working properly and youare supplementing, make sure you do not have food and environmentalallergies and food triggers, eat organic and make sure you are ntosuffering from a candida issue. If you are get it worked out beforegetting pregnant.
