I called the company and it was confirmed gluten and casein freeeither at the end of October or the very beginning of November.

    Awesome, I think more people are catching on and I heard Walmart is to havealine of Gluten Free stuff under their “generic” names brands stuff.

    LOTS of products are GF. Doesn’t necessarily mean “healthy”. Someonejust posted a recipe for homemade chocolate syrup that does notcontain the nasty “artificials” that Nesquick does. I’d give that atry–we use it here. It’s simple, quick, and more healthy.
