What else do we need to sneak into diet?

We are one month CF and 6 days GFCF—there is no turning back now.Thanks to your wonderful suggestions, my son is now eating thefollowing:

Bob’s pancakes, but I added flaxseed meal, and squashwithout him rejecting them, I guess the syrup helps.

Gerber baby fruit—only way to get vitamins/supplements in right now

1 banana a day

Gerber rice cereal w/applesauce–again to get in vitamins

Idahoan mashed potatoes, but I added rice protein and some Gerbermixed veggies to see if he would accept and it was fine.

Junk snacks and crackers, like Enjoy Life bars, Fritos, Lays, EnerGcrackers

16 ounces of almond milk and lots of water

THESE ARE THE ONLY ACCEPTED FOOD ITEMS AT THIS TIME.

With that in mind—-what is he missing, nutrition wise, that I needto sneak in somewhere? I guess the protein is okay for now with theadded rice protein???—I’m just don’t know what else he really needsto be healthy during this transition.

I keep trying—but this is what he will eat right now. He’s freakingout—-but I already see AMAZING things so I know he needs this.

Also, he is taking Spectrum Complete, Kirkman’s liquid zinc, KirmansCal/Mag liquid, Nordic Naturals CLO, and extra Vit. C. He’s 22 monthsold.
