My daughter has been scd (while still on GFCF) for about a month andI’m about to introduce pecans.
Does anyone know a souce of pecan/pecan flour that is gfcf and free ofother cross contamination? I hope to find a source where I could get asmall amount.
I have checked whole foods and Costco and the nuts there bears a labelthat warns of possible contamination from wheat and milk.

Are you following SCD for yeast issues? because if you are I highlyrecommend you check out the Body Ecology Diet before introducing anynuts. It allows seeds, but not nuts to combat yeast overgrowth.
