Good places for recipes
Can all you experts out there give a new mom some advice?Where is a good place to find SIMPLE recipes that are easy to make anddon’t require a kitchen stocked with millions of products? My son canhave everything else, egg, soy, etc. He eats meat but I’m running outof things to do with meat and having trouble finding sauces, etc to mixwith chicken, hamburger, etc.
I go to whole foods, but find the place completely overwhelming.
Is there help for me and my son???

Try the Drew’s naturals salad dressings. There are many that are GFCF and theymarinate meat well. Whole foods also has a rice seasoning by bearitos in asmall envelope that my daughter loves.

For baked goods using cheap, simple ingredients, try The Gluten FreeKitchen by Roben Ryberg. She ONLY uses corn starch and potato starch in herrecipes–both readily available at the grocery store (potato starch is usuallyinthe Kosher aisle).
For simple, kid friendly recipes, try Lisa Lewises two books, Special Dietsfor Special Kids and SD for SK Two. My two all time favorites! She CAN get abit “gourmet” at times, or use “weird” ingredients, but many of her recipes areNOT that way, too. I would never part with either of these two books! As amatter of fact, I’m redoing my menu plan this weekend, and her recipes will formthe main part of my plan.

I don’t guarantee “simple”, but I have lots of links here
