Oranges and rashes

my daughter is gfcf sf free and no white sugar (honey instead).

she had a lot of fresh squeeze O.J and it gave her cheeks a huge rash. This usedto happen many moons ago and it has returned

does anyone have an explanation?

    Many children have allergies to citrus. Cheek rashes are a classicsign–my own daughter had this. Just avoid oranges, and any other foodthat causes red cheeks.

    Some citrus family fruits are known for this. Sounds like a typicalallergic reaction. My dad reacts to tomatoes in a similar fashion.
