Breadmachine
Do you use the same breadmachine now as you did whenyou made “normal” bread? What about cookware & utensils?
Should I just plan on only using them for GFCF cooking from now on orbuy brand new ones that have never had those ingredients in them tocontaiminate.

It depends on how well you can clean any crumbs out of your breadmaker andalso what kind of cruddies are in the corners of your cookie sheets. I wouldthink that other metal pans would be ok as far as clean enough there would be norisk of cross contamination. As far as plastic refrigerator tubs and the like,there is some debate whether the food might have leached into the plastic (andthe plastic into the food, which is a whole separate issue) and therefore couldcontaminate whatever’s stored in it later, no matter how well it’s cleaned.
