Gfcf chicken nugget recipe

My son pretty much eats only chicken nuggets. Does anyone know where Ican buy gfcf chicken (brand name)? Better yet, I can certainlymake them myself if I could get a proved and tested recipe. Anyonehave a good recipe which their kids will eat? I TOTALLY thank you!

Ian’s brand is a great chicken nugget. When I can’t afford $5.00 fora box of nuggets I cut skinless boneless chicken into large pieces, dip into egg, and shake in a ziplock bag with Almond flour. Fry incanola oil.

Had to comment on the “large pieces” line: very good point. When I firststarted making nuggets for my daughter, I cut the chicken into what looked to melike “nugget-size” pieces, only to have them turn out closer to “popcornchicken” size. It’s amazing how they shrink in the cooking process, at leastwhen fried. We use crushed potato chips or even potato flour (haven’t triedpotato starch flour, just potato flour, as we figured we needed somethingsubstantial to stay on during cooking).

My son is allergic to eggs, I do the same thing, but use rice flourand spices and fry. Makes a good coating without the eggs as thechicken is pretty moist and sticky. My husband even enjoys them…

I use corn flour seasoned with a little sugar, salt, pepper & pinch ofgarlic powder. I read one post a while ago that someone had a VERY picky eater that hadrejected most of their attempts until they tried (crushed Gorilla Munch cerealby Enviro Kids). He loved them and ate a whole meal.
