Ok, I bought the French bread mix by gluten free pantry, and I used ricevinegar, premium blend by Kroger. There is no lactose or milk in theingredients list. Any feedback as to whether I am on the right track or not. Isure hope so, Kroger has the bags on sale for 3.99 and if its good I will buymore and stock up. When it’s done, I will post. Thank you and God Bless Us All.From the desk of Maxine Simpson

I’ve looked at all of the sites recommended for a sugar-free, dairy-free, yeast-free bread and still can’t find any that would work. Most say yeast free yet contain sugar (go figure)and many have fruitjuice in them (which we are not permitted). I’ve tried to find themade-to-order areas on some of the sites, but can’t seem to. Rightnow I am trying to get myself into a routine with working FT,therapies 5 out of 7 nights, taking care of our NT daughter too, andfiguring out the diet. I am collecting all of the recipes for makingbread myself, but until I’m set to go (breadmaker, time) I’d like tofind a decent loaf of ready to eat bread. Any ideas of sites thatwill make to order (I’ve already found Kristin’s Creations) I’dappreciate it!

Four days ago, my lil guy grabbed a loaf of (regular) bread off the counter. Heswiped a slice and ate it. I have seen no reactions (yet). He is always hyper,(his nature, like his dad) no change in his stools, language still there, stillon focus earth.
He has been on the diet for 18 months now! He doesn’t even as a rule likebread. Has this happened to anyone before?

Does anyone know of a good gf/cf/sf/yf bread that I can purchase? My 3 yr old is having a hard time getting used to the bread that Imake. I’m hoping that there is a loaf that I can buy that is slicedthin enough for sandwiches the way that he likes.
