Cod liver oil - dha junior by nortic naturals
I’m back and feeling better and ready to ask some questions!We have been having a hard time getting Sasha to take the cod liveroil recently and found a not so new product but new to me called DHAJunior by Nortic Naturals; the same co we use for the CLO. It’s littleround balls with the oil in them. The get the equal amount of 1/2 atsp he must eat 8-10 balls a day. He actually started taking them as atreat now. They taste like strawberries and he just eats them likeit’s candy. I wanted to share b/c sometimes as our kids get older wehave to find new ways to get supplements down them when they stoptaking something they’ve always taken with no problem.

But, NN also has the same type of product in liquid form aswell…i found this out after months of cutting open those balls andputting them in his rice milk LOL! but it is called Berry Keen and youcan just pour it in juice and other liquid (we are off juice totallynow, but he drinks it in his rice milk just fine at night). It isstrawberry flavored too. I havent found it in my local HFS, but youcan get it off their web site. It is actually a little more reasonablethan the “balls” when you get up to a higher amount of fish oil (our2.5 y/o is still only taking 4 per day, but those suckers areexpensive!
